A Flashback
It was such a humble beginning in 1945 when Apelo Cruz Elementary School sprung up to its existence as a one room institution (Lacson house) headed by Mr. Victorino Miranda. The school was transferred to the de Guzman house with Mr. Feliciano Tenorio as its second principal then transferred again to Lolo Ipe’s house at the corner of Apelo Cruz Street and Highway 54 now EDSA as annex of Timoteo Paez Elementary School.
